This payment gateway is designed to facilitate the online payment of the registration fee, making the admission process more convenient for parents and guardians. By using this payment gateway, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions. It is important to carefully read these terms before making a payment, as they govern the rights and obligations of both the payer and Sherwood School.

Payment Policy
The registration fee for Sherwood School is fixed at ₹7,000. The registration fee is mandatory for all students applying for admission to the school. Payment can be made using debit cards, credit cards, UPI, net banking, or other digital payment methods available on the payment gateway. Payments are processed through a third-party payment gateway, and Sherwood School does not store any sensitive financial details. -
Non-Refundable Policy
The ₹7,000 registration fee is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. Once a payment is successfully processed, it cannot be canceled, reversed, or refunded, regardless of the student’s admission status. This policy applies even if: The student does not complete the admission process. The student decides not to join the school after paying the fee. The admission application is rejected for any reason. The student or guardian mistakenly makes the payment. -
Payment Confirmation & Receipts
Upon successful payment, a confirmation receipt will be generated and displayed on the payment portal. An electronic receipt will be sent to the registered email ID and/or phone number provided during the payment process. If you do not receive a confirmation, it is your responsibility to contact the school’s accounts department with proof of payment. -
Transaction Charges & Additional Fees
The registration fee does not include any bank charges or transaction fees. Any additional charges imposed by the bank or payment gateway provider, such as convenience fees, service charges, or GST, must be borne by the payer. Sherwood School is not responsible for any extra deductions or surcharges applied by banks, credit card companies, or third-party service providers. -
Failed Transactions & Payment Issues
If a payment transaction fails but the amount is debited from your account, please check with your bank first before contacting the school. If a transaction is unsuccessful due to technical errors, network issues, or bank-related problems, the school is not liable for the failure. In case of a double payment or incorrect deduction, the payer must notify the school within 48 hours and provide transaction details for verification. -
Payment Security & Data Privacy
All payments are processed using a secure third-party payment gateway that adheres to the highest security standards. Sherwood School does not store or retain any credit card, debit card, or banking details of the payer. Personal information collected during the payment process is handled with strict confidentiality and is used only for transaction verification and school records. The school is not liable for any data breaches or cyber fraud occurring on the payment gateway provider’s platform. -
Chargeback & Dispute Resolution
Any disputes related to the payment must be reported in writing to the school’s accounts department within 7 days of the transaction. Chargeback requests made to banks or payment providers without prior consultation with the school will not be entertained. The school reserves the right to take the final decision on any payment disputes, and its decision shall be binding. -
Technical Support & Assistance
If you encounter any technical issues while making a payment, you may contact the school’s technical support team or the payment gateway provider. The school is not responsible for internet connectivity issues, device malfunctions, or errors caused by third-party service providers. -
Compliance with Laws
All transactions made through this payment gateway must comply with the relevant Indian financial laws and regulations. Any fraudulent transactions or misuse of payment methods will be reported to the appropriate legal authorities for further action. -
Amendments & Updates
Sherwood School reserves the right to modify, update, or change these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the payer’s responsibility to review these terms periodically before making a payment. Continued use of the payment gateway after changes to the Terms and Conditions implies acceptance of the updated terms.
